RM Partner, Steve Weiner is excited to be working with the team at BioMedomics. The company has developed a rapid, qualitative POC test for Sickle Cell Disease (SCD). Currently SCD can only be tested with complex and expensive central lab equipment. This resulted in limited screening programs for newborn babies in Africa, India and other affected under-resourced countries that do not have the necessary infrastructure.
