  • Joined Rankin McKenzie as Partner in 2025.
  • 2008 to Present: Controller and Corporate Secretary, Signalscape, Inc.
    • Supervise all accounting and corporate contracts functions and personnel.
    • Report to CEO and Board of Directors
    • Ensure proper accounting policies and procedures are in place to comply with GAAP, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Contractor Audit Association (DCAA)
    • Manage banking relationships; obtain financing to meet company needs for growth and investment
    • Monitor government contract performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and funding
    • Cost and margin analysis to establish pricing for products and services
  • 2005 to 2008: Accounting Manager, Dex One Corp.
    • Supervise team responsible for general ledger accounting for a variety of asset and liability accounts
    • Provide analysis and reports to support internal and external requirements and audits, including liaison with FP&A, Procurement, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Financial Systems groups.
    • Supported Treasury department to monitor and record cash transactions for parent and six subsidiary companies.
  • 2003 to 2004: Accountant, Arsenal Digital Solutions Worldwide, Inc.
    • Performed all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
    • Prepared General Ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for month and year end closing processes
