A native of the Kansas City area, Jenn attended Benedictine College where she earned her BS in Account and in Business Administration while being a member of the women’s softball team. During her public accounting years, she passed the CPA exam in the state of Missouri and later received reciprocity in North Carolina.

- 2020-2023, subsidiary of Nu Holdings, LTD – served as Senior Finance Director after Cognitect’s purchase by this Brazilian financial technology company. Led financial and tax teams for the operations located in the US, Germany, Argentina, and Uruguay. Served on the IPO management team. Managed Cost and Capitalization teams for this 7,000+ international business.
- 2011-2020 Led the accounting, business administration, human resources, banking, legal and facilities areas of Cognitect through their phases of start-up, merging with affiliated partner, product development, product launch, and eventual sale.
- 2006 to 2011: Rankin McKenzie, Partner. Supported clients in the software as a service, construction, and non-profit areas.
- 1991 to 1998: Qualex, Inc (Eastman Kodak subsidiary). Held positions of State Tax Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst and Executive Director-Sales
- 1988 – 1991: Weaver, Ladner Associates. Broad experience in local CPA firm in areas of audit and multi-state, federal and international tax.
