Tim has truly been a transformative force for our business. He is so much more than a finance partner, as he has also been an invaluable resource, mentor, and thought and strategic partner dedicated to our success. Tim stepped into extremely challenging and difficult times – post-acquisition with a high amount of change and volatility.

His keen attention to detail and experience has helped me navigate through complex business and financial decisions. In times of uncertainty, Tim provided steady guidance, with strategic financial planning that have positioned us for growth. Beyond the numbers, Tim has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our success by aligning financial strategies with a unique team fit and overarching business goals. His personalized approach distinguishes Tim as a true and invaluble partner.

Engaging Tim is the best decision I’ve made stepping in as a new CEO.

Tim came on board our company at a critical time; we were wrapping up two acquisitions and kicking off a second fundraising round, and he hit the ground running. He was instrumental in helping us clean up our books and accounting processes and helped give us visibility into the KPIs that mattered most. Additionally, he helped create the financial growth model which we used in our fundraise, and he helped us successfully navigate the departure of our controller and led the process to find her replacement. Tim is a very talented CFO and the consummate professional. I highly recommend him!
