Call information. If you call a telephone number displayed on the Website, our call-tracking provider may collect the calling number, the time and duration of the call, and related routing information so we can attribute and improve our marketing. Where calls are recorded, we will provide notice at the start of the call as required by applicable law.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, health, or financial account details) through the Website, and we ask that you not submit such information through our forms.
Cookies, analytics, advertising, and session tools
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies are blocked until you provide consent or are managed according to your choices, through our consent management tool. The third-party services we use include:
- Analytics and measurement: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC).
- Advertising and retargeting: Google Ads (Google LLC) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation), which we use for conversion measurement and to show you relevant ads on other sites and platforms.
- Session analytics / replay and heatmaps: Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) and Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd.), which help us understand how visitors interact with the Website.
- Call tracking: CallTrackingMetrics, used to attribute calls to marketing activity.
These providers may set their own cookies and receive information such as your IP address and device/browser identifiers. For a full list of the cookies used and to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie Policy and use the Cookie Settings link available on the Website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and consultation requests and to provide our services
- To communicate with you, including marketing and promotional messages where permitted
- For advertising, including cross-context behavioral advertising and retargeting
- To analyze and measure how the Website is used and to improve it
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Website and to prevent fraud
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
How we disclose and share information
We disclose information to:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, form processing, customer relationship management, and call handling.
- Advertising and analytics partners (including Google and LinkedIn) for the purposes described above.
- Legal and safety recipients where we believe disclosure is required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
“Sale” and “sharing” of personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. However, because we use advertising and analytics technologies that disclose identifiers (such as IP address, device identifiers, and cookie IDs) to partners like Google and LinkedIn for cross-context behavioral advertising, these activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (the “CCPA”).
You can opt out of this activity at any time. See “Your California privacy rights” below and use the Cookie Settings link on the Website, or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control where presented. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals as described under “Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.”
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Where our consent management tool is active, a GPC signal is treated as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to disable non-essential cookies and tracking technologies, except those strictly necessary to operate and secure the Website.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information, subject to applicable law:
- Right to know / access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
- Right to delete: request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions.

- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise these rights, use the Cookie Settings / “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control on the Website, or contact us using the details in the “Contact us” section below. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the timeframes the CCPA provides. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
